As a November bride myself, I find that there is something really romantic about getting married in the winter. And, lately, I’ve been drawn to simple and elegant color schemes that would be perfect for a winter event.

As much as I love the winter, I never thought twice about having a wedding then. Ours is planned for the fall and I love the season just as much. We picked fall so we can still have the wedding outside with all the beautiful colors, and yes, it is a risky time considering you never know if it’s going to be cold or rainy. But all that matters is at the end of the day we’re married. The pictures of this winter wedding idea are beautiful. It almost reminds me of a winter ball. But, definately with a wedding like the one in the pictures, you have to have a Chicago Wedding Band to play the reception. Get someone upbeat and fun to warm everyone up in the cold winter!
