This week we’re focusing on Pantone Cognac, a warm neutral with a vintage vibe. We paired it with shades of lilac, mauve and cream for a sophisticated theme that’s still light and fresh.
We used the lemon to coral to mauve gradation in this wedding invite to inspire every detail of today’s ombré mood board. Find creative ways to incorporate this trend throughout your entire event for a romantic, artistic feel.
We’ve fallen head over heels for Pantone Mauve Mist, an ethereal mix of lavender and light pink. It adds a different twist on the traditional romantic palette and works across classic and modern wedding invitations and save the dates. Pair it with a little (or a lot) of gold details and it’s sure to be a sweet soiree.
This week’s color, Pantone Mauve Mist, is a hue that would work equally well for a summer or fall wedding. The toned down pink with a hint of lavender, looks fresh and airy when paired with whites and crisp green, or can be more subdued when paired with a palette of deep neutrals.
This week’s Real Wedding is the beautiful celebration of Ashley and Lance, held at the Villa at Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, CA. The couple lives in Texas and decided an outdoor wedding in July was out of the question so they chose a beautiful sunny California winery for their wedding location.

This week’s Real Wedding is the beautiful destination wedding celebration of Sara and Matthew, held at St. Pius X Church in Plainview, Long Island, NY., with a reception at Majestic Gardens in Rocky Point, Long Island, NY. The couple really wanted a wedding that reflected both of their personalities, while capturing the glam of the 1920s. So, they had a church wedding, and a ballroom reception – both of which reflected the couples love of good music, fashion and cocktails. They couple are both teachers, and met teaching in the same school, so the choir from the high school in which they work sang at the ceremony, and a younger woman they both taught sang old standards at the cocktail hour.

We took Pantone Violet Tulip, a sophisticated grayed purple, and gave it an unexpected pop by pairing it with bright fuchsia. Make a statement with a stunning invite like the one we featured in our board, and incorporate colorful accents throughout your wedding day.

This week’s Real Wedding is the beautiful celebration of Adrienne and Luke, held at Holland Ranch, San Luis Obispo, CA. The venue features a barn with a bridal suite above, a pond, horses, and spacious lawns all with a majestic mountain in the foreground. The groom’s father wrote a song for the couple and performed it with the bride’s father at the wedding. The groom’s father sang and played the guitar while the bride’s father played the fiddle.
