Did you happen to catch Martha on Tuesday? If so, you’re sure to have seen her and Darcy Miller from Martha Stewart Weddings gushing over some of the lovely new save the date cards and other stationery designs from Wedding Paper Divas.
They also mentioned baby stationery from our parent company, Tiny Prints, since Martha is a new grandma! Watch this short clip to see the highlights for yourself:
Some of our very (VERY!) lucky staffers recently enjoyed the opportunity to meet Darcy Miller from marthastewartweddings.com. They discussed our brand new line of Tiny Prints greetings cards and chatted about the wedding industry, and Darcy even selected some of her favorite Wedding Paper Divas wedding invitations, save the date cards and moving announcements to share with her Martha Stewart readers!
You can see all of Darcy’s Martha Stewart Wedding post, or browse below to see a few of her favorite designs. Leave a comment and let us know which is your favorite!
If you are a regular reader, then you know that we love many of the DIY ideas from Martha Stewart Weddings. We particularly love these easy-to-make flower rings, which serve as great gifts for your bridal party and is a great fashion accessory for yourself!
Purchase fabric flowers from your local craft store
Snip the fabric flowers from their stems
Wrap ribbon around your finger to determine the approximate length you’ll need
Cut ribbon to size, adding about 1/4 inch for overlap
Use a hot-glue gun to join ends together, forming a loop, and to add flowers to ribbon bands.
Getting married on or near Halloween? Then you’ll love this week’s inspiration board chock full of spooky, eerie and surprisingly elegant designs for a unique wedding or bridal shower. Check them out for a chic and creepy holiday treat.
Who says you can’t wear black on your wedding day? This gorgeous satin gown by BCBG Maxazria (from Nordstrom) would make any bride feel like a queen and this orange number by J. Crew (photo from Brides.com) is a perfect fall shade of orange. Bridal bouquet filled with calla lilies from The Knot.
If you’re looking for fun and yet elegance, think bright yellow and subdued gray. It’s a winning combination that though started in spring will take you all the way into fall. Here are some ways to add this color theme throughout your wedding!
I was inspired by this week’s inspiration board when I saw a shoe with these same colors. Mint green and chocolate makes a refreshing combo that can be dressed up or down depending on how casual or formal you want to make your event. May this help inspire your own wedding theme!
