Grey Classic Wedding on High Grove Estate

Today, we are so overjoyed to be sharing this stunning classic wedding inspiration with you all! Set on an elegant Southern estate overlooking Lake Laurel, you’ll quickly see why these vendors fell in love with its vintage charm.

Perfect for any time of the year, this chic color palette is neutral enough to be used during any season. We love the various grey hues, and baby blue colors paired with just a hint of mint. Though this wedding feels traditional, it also encompasses some boho style flare. This swoon-worthy wedding dress has an embroidered lace bodice with an illusion neckline. If that doesn’t make you fall head over heels, the cathedral train will!

Their elegant floral watercolor invitations set the tone for this event. Filled with soft creams, pastel blues, and chic grey tones, this vintage design perfectly matches the reception decor.

These vibrant pink wedding colors can definitely work for spring, and are absolutely perfect for summer! Coral cocktail drinks, pink wedding shoes, and vibrant floral invitations – what more does a bride need to kick start her wedding day?

If a sold pink wedding doesn’t sound appealing, use colors along that same spectrum. For summer, think about yellow, orange, and red hues. To keep the wedding theme airy and fresh, add in shades of green- like lime! Remember to have fun with your wedding colors, and the decoration ideas will all fall into place.

Spring Lavender Wedding Theme Ideas

Lavender flowers, rustic hues and earthy scents set the tone for a romantic, rustic wedding—it’s no wonder lavender is such a trend. You can’t go wrong with flower cake decorations, lavender-inspired cocktails and chiffon dresses. It’s a natural look that’s perfect to mark the beginning of your lives together.

Nothing pairs more beautifully than olive branches and lavender. Just look at this cake dressed from head to toe in flowers and greenery—it doesn’t take much to create a stunning cake.

When lavender’s your theme, you have endless possibilities incorporating it as your color, scent, flower and flavor. How about a Lavender Honey Cream cocktail to start?

Furnish your day with decor that enhances the look and feel of you day, like this vintage lavender-colored chair. Not only are you adding style to your venue, but you’re also creating space where guests can socialize and enjoy the ambiance.

Vintage Blue Wedding on a San Francisco Pier

Today, we are swooning over this fun, blue wedding inspiration! It has an assortment of unique elements, from a pastel blue wedding dress to the array of blooming tropical bouquets. It encompasses some relaxed nautical flare, as well as some trendy boho wedding elements.

We love this little Lighthouse venue. Built in the early 1900s, it is a fun place to visit if you are visiting the Bay Area! Nestled within the Glen Cove Marina, it is a romantic seaside venue that allows for an intimate gathering.

We are smitten with the something blue wedding theme. From the delicate macaroons to the vintage rentals for the reception, this talented team made sure to carry these dreamy wedding colors across all aspects of the big day. Even the premium floral wedding invitations match the reception decorations! This inspiration is so perfect for spring!

Spring Wedding Colors in a Bay Area Winery

Today, we are so overjoyed to be sharing Alex and Sara’s amazing day. While their vibrant wedding favored an overall yellow and grey wedding theme, their entire event was filled with an abundance of pretty spring wedding colors! We love how chic their rustic, chalkboard wedding invitations looked at their winery wedding.

From The Bride:

Alex and I first laid eyes on each other in high school- we were only 15! We were on our way to a Sadie’s Hawkins dance and met during the proverbial “picture taking” beforehand at a mutual friend’s house. We weren’t each others’ dates but should have been with all the flirting we were doing.

We became high school sweethearts, but then decided to go our separate ways in college to do some (much needed!) growing up. Near the end of college our paths managed to cross again; and we’ve been together ever since.

I wanted to make sure that our wedding had a lot of special details. My “Something borrowed” was the pair of earrings my older sister wore back on her wedding day. I think they were great luck! For the reception, I had my dad build a custom seating assignment chart. It was a 6×8 ft board with a sign instructing guests to “Trace Your Roots to Sara and Alex”. The roots spread out across the entire board, and each root represented a special part of Alex’s and my life. For example, “Chi Omega” was the grouping for all my sorority sisters, “Liman” (the street Alex lived on in college) was the grouping for his college roommates. We also had a special section at the venue to show a “Family Tree” of marriages. We framed our grandparents and parents wedding photos, all coming together in the middle with one of our engagement pictures. We could not have been more excited to share our special day will all of our amazing loved ones!
