A Mad Men Wedding

I love AMC’s Mad Men, and not just because I feel an affinity for Peggy Olsen since we are both copywriters and I felt her pain when they stuck her desk in the same room as the copy machine.

I love the style, the intrigue and the drama—and the fact that they all take four hour lunches and drink martinis all day long. I personally think writing ad copy would be MUCH more interesting under those circumstances…

But, anyway, back to the style. If you haven’t already made your own sixities-style avatar on MadMenYourself.com, I highly recommend it as a fun way to give your look a bit of Mad Men flair.

If you love what you see, use this gorgeous Mad Men wedding slideshow from Brides.com to give your ceremony some chic 1960s style too!

Awesome! I need to make this happen when I get married. Now all I need to do is find the Betty Draper of my dreams. :)
